Over a period of 6 months, we developed a long-term vision and released to beta an MVP for a unified research experience for finding and analyzing documents. DSX utilizes LLMs to combine AI- driven question & answer with traditional known-item search.

My Role
Design Lead, responsible for leading a cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery and prototyping to post-release evaluation, all while presenting status updates to senior management. Primary product group included 2 product owners, 3 Product Designers, 3 UX researchers, 2 visual designers, and multiple engineering scrum teams. Required collaboration with multiple other product groups within the organization.
